The email list allows the club to send out mass emails to the entire group, in one shot - instead of the tedious task of using Outlook or something similar to do the same thing. Special announcements, schedule changes, upcoming events, website updates, Tracks updates - all of these things can be sent via the new website driven email list to the whole club - quickly and efficiently.
Here's what you do to add or remove yourself from the list:
- Enter your valid email address & then again in the confirm box below it.
- Select if you want plain text email, or enhanced HTML email (so you can see pictures & nice looking text)
- Click the subscribe button.
- The email list will then send a confirmation email to you. Simply open your email, click on the link provided and you are done.
- To unsubscribe, just return to this subscription page, find the unsubscribe link & follow the steps.
