The Fresno Ski Club Summer Hike #2:Potter Pass, near Huntington Lake
When: Sun July 26th at 7:30 am
Where: Meet at Starbucks at Cedar and Shepherd.
Destination: Twin Lakes, George Lake and Kaiser Peak from Potter Pass Trailhead.
Depending on the group there may be two hikes. Both departing from Potter Pass trailhead, over Potter pass to Twin Lakes and George Lake. This is a moderate hike of about 10 miles round trip. For the more adventurous we will be hiking from George Lake up to Kaiser Ridge and Kaiser Peak and then down to the stables at Huntington. The moderate group will return to Potter Pass trailhead and meet us at Huntington. Also there is a cave at Upper Twin that may be fun so bring your flashlights.
Note: Due to changing weather patterns bring rain gear!
