After several years of rocky returns, the 2008 Fresno Ski Club Ski and Snowboard Event was a great success. In spite of rumors of slow National economic sales. The hard work of our Club members is the reason for the great year. First of all, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our friends at Herb Bauer;s Sporting Goods suggested the site,secondly, the advertisement was huge! Sierra Summit was a great help in sending out e-mails and flyers regarding the sale. Last, but not least, everyone should pat yourselves on the back for your individual help. Everyone that came to the store and helped out was the real reason for our success. The whole package contributed from the music, the lights, our sign "spinners" and particularly, the "snowflake" out on Blackstone!
